What is Augur?
Augur is a cryptocurrency used by a betting platform that predicts the future by incorporating blockchain technology. Augur coin was jointly developed by Jack Peterson and Joey Krug, who run the team with 13 members. Prior to the creation of Augur Coin, the team had experience in creating a cryptocurrency called Side Coin. With very much experience in cryptocurrency, it was very helpful in developing Augur. In 2017, the team collaborated with the world’s design company, IDEO CoLab, to secure the intuitive design of the decentralized dApp. Subsequently, the team has collaborated with Jaxx, a multi-currency wallet platform with 50,000 users, and has continued to develop additional technology.
