What is AQRU? (Before Withdraw from AQRU)

How to Withdraw Crypto on AQRU?

Here, our focus will be placed primarily on how the withdrawal process works on this platform. To that end, we will highlight every single step that you will have to go through, which, like other similar trading platforms, should not require a lot of your time and can be easily grasped.

Step 1. Visit the AQRU Website or App

Regardless of whether you use its website or mobile application, what we will mention below is something that can be applicable to both. However, if you are a newcomer to this platform or application, then know that the KYC process here is a must in that you will have to carry it out immediately after you have finished signing up. In other words, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or trade on this platform if you haven’t fully gone through KYC.

So, if you would like to move your cryptocurrencies from AQRU to another exchange or wallet, navigate to the Account section, after which, select Withdraw.

Step 2. Choose Token and Amount

Here, simply select the token you wish to withdraw from your account and enter the amount you feel like withdrawing. Note that, unlike what you may find on other exchanges, there are no minimum withdrawal requirements here, provided you have covered its withdrawal fees.

Step 3. Enter Withdrawal Address

Here, you will have to enter the recipient address within the withdrawal field on AQRU. This address will essentially be the deposit address for the exchange or wallet you want to transfer your funds to. Moreover, ensure that you have, in fact, chosen the right network and token on that external wallet or exchange.

The right network here would be either ERC-20 or Bitcoin’s native network, because AQRU does not support any networks besides these. Unfortunately, due to this, you may incur high fees for your withdrawal since the transactions that are carried out on Bitcoin and Ethereum can incur high gas fees.

Step 4. Await Confirmation

So, now that you have entered all the relevant details pertaining to your withdrawal, select Confirm Withdrawal to move on with your transaction. However, you will need to wait a while until your transaction has successfully reached the number of confirmations required for it.

How to Withdraw Fiat on AQRU?

If you wish to take out some or every asset you own from AQRU within fiat, then you can do that by either utilizing the SEPA network or the FPS for GBP. So, do be mindful that you will require the utilization of a bank account that has been created in your name, which either the FPS or the SEPA networks support. Any other bank accounts that none of these networks support will not be accepted.

Step 1. Withdrawing Through SEPA

So, to start the procedure, just head over to the page titled Account and select the option for withdrawal, which will bring forward another screen. Here, you can select whether you want to withdraw cryptocurrencies or traditional currencies. Pick the latter, which will be followed by a short disclaimer stating the rules that are needed for your withdrawals to be successfully completed. Based on the fiat currencies involved, different windows may show up. Here, we will be using EUR.

Now, just select the country and name of your bank account, and since we are withdrawing EUR, it has to be a SEPA-supported country. And finally, add the IBAN and the withdrawal amount.

Step 2. Withdrawing Through FPS

However, if you wanted to withdraw some British Pounds instead, you could do that by selecting the appropriate option for it.

Here, simply enter your account number, bank account name, withdrawal amount, and finally your sort code. Also, this service is carried out through FPS, or the Fast Payments Service, which is only accessible to those who have bank accounts in the UK. Once your withdrawal has been submitted, your transfer will be confirmed through email.
